Extrinsic and intrinsic motivations are two areas of current discourse that have been critically examined for motivating workforce. As manager they provide leadership, guidance, and skills to their employees. Many motivational theories have been constructed to find these motivational factors, but the values of the employees in the specific organization are seldom included in the theories.
